How it works
A repeatable turnover process
1. Quote and schedule
Tell us the unit size and condition, then pick a make-ready date.
2. We turn the unit
Floors, kitchen, bathrooms, surfaces, and previous-tenant debris removal.
3. Checklist and inspection
Every area is verified against the FreshUp turnover checklist.
4. Photos and completion
The completed unit is photographed and the turnover is marked complete.
